1.Mr. and Mrs

You will require: A list of Mr. & Mrs questions and a willing spouse to be

How it works: This classic is an excellent game for all ages and not just for girls. Ask your groom’s companion to answer questions about you in advance of the stag do. Keep their answers safe. Bonus points if they record their responses on video, as it usually makes for a much more entertaining second half.

The groom will be tested on the stag do with the same questions and a penalty for everyone he fails to answer. The order of the day is usually shot, with the rest taking a picture for each correct answer.

2.Beer Pong

You’ll need 20 glasses, a long table, and at least two ping-pong balls.

How to Play: The group is divided into two teams. You should arrange the cups in a pyramid-like shape at each end of your table. Then fill them about halfway with Beer. Keep a few cans handy to top it off, since spillages are standard.

The teams then take turns throwing the pingpong ball into the cups on the opposite side of the table. Each time they do, the other team must remove and drink the Beer from the cup (an honor usually bestowed upon the groom). The team with the most cups at the end of the game is the winner.

3.Wizard’s Staff

What you will need: Tape and access to beer cans (or your supply).

How you can play: The source of wizard’s wisdom is – you guessed right – Beer. You need to start drinking. Each time someone finishes drinking, they take the can with them and keep it. This allows you to increase your status by adding four cans to your total.

Although the goal of the game is to have the largest staff, there are many hilarious twists you can make to make it even more fun. You can’t throw away your teams without having to have a duel.

4.Toy Soldiers

Toy soldiers are required (the clue is in their name).

How to play Every stag receives a toy soldier at the start of the party. The best man takes charge, and everyone must take action.

The forfeit is given to the slowest member of a group. You can make it gentle or brutal, but it could end up happening to someone else.

5.Statues

You’ll need: Plenty of space but not much equipment

How to Play: Similar to toy soldiers but slightly subtler: As the stag follows, the best man stops randomly, holds his place, and then waits for others to notice.

All others must then freeze the frame in the same manner. The loser is the one who has not noticed and joined in. You can make them finish the dare or give them a chance to win in the next round.

6.Send to all

You will require: The willingness to forgo your phone for the duration

How to Play: A simple but effective game. The rule is that no one may use their phone at the stag party if the entire group is present. If they do, it will result in a very high price.

Anybody caught with their phones must inform the groom. If it’s the groom, Instead, the best man takes the reins. Perhaps it is best to warn the bride before you go.

7.Champion of the World Heavyweight Weight

You will require A championship belt for wrestling.

How to Play: The groom is the man of the hour, so it only makes sense that he starts with the belt. A champion is only as good as the last time he won it, so everyone can take the challenge and earn it throughout the stag party.

You could drink a few shots or run down the street fastest. It doesn’t matter what it is, but the greater the challenge, the better. The ultimate champion is the one who leaves the party with the most points.

8.Boat Race

You will require Beer.

What to do: Divide the group into two groups and pour everyone a pint. This is a relay race with alcohol, so make sure you line up in the order you will drink. The race starts when the first person drinks, and the next can’t begin until they have finished their drink. (You can also turn your glasses upside-down on your heads to prove it).

The process continues until everyone has finished their drink. The boat race winner is the one who spends theirs first. We only recommend you spend last if you are a slow drinker if you can perform under extreme pressure.

9.Flip Cup

You will require Plastic cups and a long table.

How it works: Split into two teams, and place cups on each side of the table. Half of them should be filled with your drink choice. Another relay method is where two opponents can face each other at once.

After consuming the Beer, the first player turns the cup upside-down from the table’s edge and stands. We understand what you are thinking. Converting a cup should be easy. We’d love to hear from you after you have played it.

10.Drunk Jenga

You will require: A marker pen and a game of Jenga

How to Play: This is the classic game of childhood. But not as you think. Write a series on the Jenga tower bricks before the stag. Get the other players involved if you need inspiration. But don’t tell him what’s in store.

You play the stag by pulling a block every time you pull a block. They must complete the task written on the block no matter how hard or far they’re from. You must drink your drink if you knock the tower down. It could be a blessing in disguise, depending on how brutal you were with the brick forfeits.

11.Scavenger Hunt

You will require: A list of the items you want

What to do: Make a list of items that you must collect during the stag party. It could be something physical, such as someone else’s underwear. Or it could be something more experienced, like a photo with someone who shares the same name as the bride or groom. You can give the job to the bachelor or split it into two teams to make the hunt go as fast as possible.

If the groom has done all the work, you can source a prize or a punishment for him.

12.Ring of Fire

You’ll need A deck, a glass, and a strong stomach.

How to play Most likely, you have vague memories from when you were at uni. A stag party is an ideal time to bring them back. The cards should be laid in a circle around a glass  and then each person will draw. Each card has a specific meaning. You can choose someone to drink with you if it’s two or eight.

Each group of friends will play slightly different variations. To avoid any arguments, pick one authority and follow it. You could also print it as a master list. Continue to play until you run out of cards. We salute anyone who can still stand at this stage.

13.The Human Doodle

You will require: An all-white outfit and a marker pen

How to Play: Ask the groom to take off the dress he planned to wear and replace it with a new one. This could be anything from a stylish t-shirt and pants combination to a second-hand suit or even a onesie, depending on how embarrassing you want the entire process to be.

The outfit becomes your final day of a school polo shirt. You then have to ensure it is completely covered in messages and drawings from other stags and random passers-by. You’ll always have the photos, whether he keeps them as a memento or tosses them at the end.

14.Who Are You?

You will need A pen and paper and an empty glass.

How to Play:

  1. Cut the paper into small strips.
  2. On each strip, write the name of an animal, object, or famous person.
  3. Add them to the glass.

Each stag member should draw a slip randomly and keep it for themselves. Every time the best man shouts, “Who are you?” They must immediately form a pose and snap into place when the best man calls, “Who are you?” Try to be as obscure or cringeworthy as possible for the best results.

15.God Save the Queen

You will require: One penny.

How you play: Drop one penny into the nearest glass. The drink’s owner must consume it as quickly as possible, i.e., The Queen is being saved.

After they reach the bottom, the person who retrieved the penny gets to keep it. It’s their responsibility to return it to the drinker, so it’s not up to them to do so again. Although there are no winners, you will all feel a double adrenaline rush.

16.Shot Roulette

You will require: Shot glasses and water.

How to Play: Shot Roulette is simple and effective. You line up as many shots per person as you want, then fill half the shot with water and half with vodka (or any other clear spirit).

The real challenge is not drinking 5+ vodkas in one row, but maintaining your poker face. As you drink your row of shots, other group members will have to guess what you ingested. They get it right if it’s alcohol. We are sorry, we have another chance.

17.Herr President

If you want to commit, you will need: An fake earpiece

What to do: Your mission if you accept it. Protect the groom at any cost. To protect the groom from incoming attacks, the group must shout “Get down, Mr. President!” every time the best man raises a hand to listen to the earpiece (real or imagined).

18.Arrogance

You will require: A spare glass and a coin.

How you play: This stag party game is all about confidence. You can pour as much as you like into an empty glass. This is the measure of your arrogance’. Then flip a coin and call it. It moves to the next player if it is correctly guessing heads or tails.

This continues until the prediction is incorrect: The person who makes this mistake must then chug the mixture everyone contributed to as the game progresses.

19.The Man Without a Name

You’ll need All your wits about you.

How to Play: A simple but effective way for everyone to get involved is to not use another person’s name. This applies to nicknames and the names of people you are referring to, but you must come up with an alternative way to describe them.

Although it sounds simple, it can be difficult, especially after everyone has finished their first pint. You can choose to fail, but unless you’re a teetotaler, booze will likely be involved.

20.Question Master

You will require: Final year-exam levels.

How do you play? This is a variation of the verbal stag party game. One person is designated the question master. Anyone who answers a question must finish their drink.

This is the only way to avoid it. Answering the question with a second question will earn you the title of question master, and you’ll be able to catch the rest. It gets more difficult the more you drink.

21.Badge of Honour

You will require: A selection of pin badges and a sash for each stag

How to Play: Taking inspiration from girl guides and boy scouts, this is a great stag party game that anyone can play.

At the start of the celebrations, hand out sashes and outline the tasks that must be done to earn each badge. For instance, the construction badge could be for the best Beer mat-constructed structure, while the fitness badge could be given to the winner in a push-up competition. The person who has the most badges at midnight is the winner.

22.Pub Golf

You’ll need: Scorecards, pencils, optional golf-themed attire

Playing Have your Pringle jumpers and Visors ready! Each pub that you visit on a stag party night is a hole. The number of bites you take to finish your drink in each spot is your par.
