Stag and hen do’s celebrate the end of bachelorhood or spinsterhood. It would be logical to want to celebrate this momentous event with the bride’s friends and the groom’s group.

If you are looking for a civilized option in the pre-matrimonial tradition, joint hen/stag weekends (or “sten” or “hag”) could be a better choice.

Women put a lot of pressure on themselves and have a detailed schedules. They strive to be perfect! Conversely, men feel that their stag party was a success after they fall asleep at nine and wake up with little memory, a headache, and empty pockets.

There is some argument to be made for the idea that the combination of genders brings more sophistication and class into your night, and it could also spice up the evening for you women, with less pressure to impress your girlfriends!

Many young people are joining large groups of friends to plan their pre-wedding fun. This is a great way to remember a special moment.

Can a Hen and Stag do it together

You can. These are becoming more common and an excellent option for friends of mixed genders.

Both men and women love many different activities, and booking them shouldn’t be a problem.

What are the Most Common Activities Using Sten

The night out is a great activity. It could include bar crawls, nightclub entry, and a beer-tasting session or cocktail-making class.

There are many great activities to do during the day.

What are the benefits of a joint hen and stag

The groom can bring all his friends, regardless of whether they are traditional.

Isn’t their happiness the essential thing in the end?

A second benefit is that people can get anxious about the stag and hen do. They might feel less nervous if it’s mixed gender, as they know it won’t be quite as ‘naughty.

What are some negative things a sten can do

First, other women can attend if you invite one friend. It might extend to girlfriends/wives and other hearing people.

This can lead to problems with numbers, but it can also cause issues with guys looking to spend quality time with their mates.

You can see that singles might be uncomfortable with the idea of a mixed-gender group. They might fear being left out or want to try more ‘naughty activities.’

An awkward situation can also be a problem. Are they a target for other members of the group? What if they aren’t comfortable with certain activities? You and your friend will need to ask these questions to ensure they feel comfortable.

I went to my sister’s hen party. She had a Butler in the Buff. Did I feel strange? Not at all! It was a great laugh. However, some people might feel awkward.

The final question is: Does your partner become jealous of people from the other gender who attend? Are they more jealous than others? What will their reactions be if a girl or a man comes to your hen party to your stag? Ex-partners that were jealous of me are something I can confirm.

I can tell you that if your partner loves and trusts you enough to marry you, they should also trust you enough so they can have friends of the opposite gender. This shouldn’t stop them from moving forward.

What do the Stats Say

The popularity of the “hag” night is at an all-time high. Skyscanner surveyed 750 people to determine if they supported or opposed the idea.

A joint affair was deemed a good idea by 33% of women and 30% of men. A Warner Breaks survey of 4,000 British young adults found that more than half had invited or planned to invite both genders for their send-offs.

According to the Daily Mail, there has been an increase of 100% in mix-gender affairs over the past year. This means you guys and gals won’t be the only ones who have abandoned the traditional single-sex celebration.

You can think about it: With more people, larger groups, and a more significant budget, you and your friends could have more fun over the weekend without worrying about who is doing the lap dance with your fiance.

You probably know your fiance’s friends, and they know yours. You have all been to each other’s parties before, so why not enjoy the most thrilling night of freedom, boozing, and participating in wild activities together?

Although The Stag Company does not offer these parties, inviting the girls to a build-your-own stag weekend is acceptable.

You could tell your friends you are grown up and want to be with your Mrs at the party… but strippers are not allowed.

We all know that men love stew and tend to cause trouble on their stag nights. Also, we understand that stag weekends are known for bringing antisocial behavior to cities in the UK and Europe.

In 1998, Dublin was the first major city to ban stags groups. To reduce barbaric and ‘laddish behavior, 34 hotels and pubs have banned stag- and hen weekends.

There have been other instances where passports were lost, leading to higher crime rates in some capital cities.

The British Embassy often receives reports from drunken Brits who are robbed, arrested, or cannot find their hotels.

Poor Steven Mullone, from Worcester, was arrested in June 2007 for skinny-dipping at a fountain in Slovakia’s capital Bratislava. For what he called ‘banter,’ he was sentenced to two years in prison.

After British diplomats worked hard for him, he barely made it home in time to attend his wedding.

However, we Girls are subject to the terrible generalization that everyone thinks that all girls want to pamper at a spa day and that having our hair done is the best way to spend our hen weekends and precious pennies.

Many of us are open to some male competition and rough tumble. Let’s go karting with you guys!

One customer of The Stag Company said, “My mates, drunk. Out with my bird’s friends. A recipe for disaster…” We understand it isn’t for everyone, and we fully appreciate those who want their girls’ do’s.

This could be a popular trend. Many people have said it was a memorable night, and everyone got to know each other better.

Some of you may be suspicious about women and men getting into trouble together. Others don’t need to be convinced. The Stag Company can see the benefits.

If you and your single friends have not pulled by the end, they have plenty of time to move on to one of the bride’s or groom’s closest friends.

You may be more aware of your disorderly behavior, which will prevent you from drinking to death. Classy men get classy ladies!

There is no hiding, no “I was drunk,” and diminished responsibility.

Your chances of being arrested as Steve Mullone is reduced.
